The tutor was very friendly and made the overall experience of an examination environment more happy. The material was concise and to the point, well structured and with enough detail not to phase you. Couldn’t praise the the tutor and the material enough. The overall experience was unlike being in an exam except during the exam itself. However, you are well prepared when you get to that stage. I was nervous before I started, but the tutor knew how to get the group involved and was very informative.

The day has been very pleasurable for the following reasons: 1. Good choice of venue. 2. Relaxed atmosphere due to the professionalism of the tutor. 3. The course was very well presented and to the point – with good explanation and personal stories. 4. Ideal for the exam.

I thought that the day went really well. I learned a lot and shall take it away with me and put it into action. The Tutor was really good, as kept asking if we were okay, or if we needed him to go back over anything. I’m a slow learner but today was really good as I was able to take it all in instead of asking lots of questions at the end.
